3ohBlack: DMV rapper 3ohBlack had been active for roughly half a decade when his brash track “All Talk” (2019) went viral, leading to a partnership with major label Capitol. 3ohBlack got into music through the go-go scene in his native Washington, D.C. He played in a band before turning to rap music around 2014. Within a few years, he had issued numerous mixtapes, including the Leggin or Nah series (the fourth volume of which featured an appearance from Rico Nasty, Bipolar (highlighted by “Legg Walk”), and Bigalow. In 2019, the year he added the Leggism tape to his discography, he also made waves with “All Talk,” which took off with TikTok users. Later in the year, the rapper signed a deal with Capitol; he continued with the singles “Mud Ft Lil Baby” and “Hollup Ft MoneyBaggYo.” 3ohBlack has performed at Something in the Water, Rolling Loud, and Broccoli City Festival.
