THE R&B CLUB PRESENTS: FAITH EVANS
$15 / $20
Paid

We’re closing out a banner year for The R&B Club with a gift we all can appreciate. She’s an artist who constantly comes up in conversation. People have been asking, so why not end 2023 out with one of the truly great singers and songwriters of her generation: Faith Evans.
The last several events have turned into impromptu choir rehearsals. To be honest, we’re expecting more of the same with a catalog boasting hits like “Soon As I Get Home,” “You Used To Love Me,” “Never Gonna Let You Go” and a whole lot more. Oh, yeah. Then there’s her songwriting bag. You don’t want to miss this one. We’ve got a lot to discuss.
Come be festive with us at Songbyrd on Sunday, December 10. Tickets are $15 if you scoop them in advance and $20 at the door. Let’s eat, drink, be merry and salute one of the true R&B greats before we all go our separate ways for the holidays.

The R&B Club is a cultural group founded in 2018 by music aficionado Ashley-Dior Thomas, entrepreneur and writer Marcus K. Dowling, award-winning writer Julian Kimble, and critically-acclaimed author and journalist Justin Tinsley to celebrate the legacy of soul music. In other words, think of it as a musical book club. For our fifth year, we’ll be doing a different theme every month. Follow us on social media at @therandbclubdc for more information.
